📸 Coral Photos & WYSIWYG Items

  • WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) items are exactly what’s pictured
  • Non-WYSIWYG items are shown with a representative photo — you’ll receive a similar coral
  • Photos are taken under LED or Metal Halide lights and may appear different in your tank
  • Corals may take a few days to open fully and show their true size and color
  • We do not offer refunds for minor color or size variations

🌡️ How to Acclimate Shipped Corals

We recommend a fast acclimation process for corals shipped overnight

  • Float the sealed bag in your aquarium for 15–30 minutes to equalize temperature
  • Remove coral from the bag and place directly in your tank

👉 We do not recommend drip acclimation for overnight shipments, as it provides no benefit and can stress the coral

🔍 Do I need to quarantine corals before adding them to my reef tank?

  • Yes — all new additions should be quarantined before entering your main system
  • Our aqua-cultured corals go through a rigorous quarantine to ensure they are pest-free (including Aiptasia, bubble algae, and nudibranchs)
  • Our wild colonies are dipped, inspected, and closely monitored before shipping
  • While we never knowingly ship unhealthy corals, we always recommend a dedicated coral quarantine tank to prevent future issues

🌦️ What if my coral order can’t ship because of bad weather?

For coral safety, we will hold your order until conditions improve

Please let us know about any severe or predicted weather events in your area before shipping
