📦 How We Ship

All coral orders are shipped via UPS Priority Overnight to ensure health and safety in transit

  • Free shipping on orders over $299
  • Flat rate of $49.98 on orders under $299

🗓️ Shipping Schedule

We ship Tuesday—Thursday via overnight air to arrive the following day

Once orders are submitted, they will ship the next available shipping day

If you'd like your package to arrive on a specific date, leave us a note at checkout

🌱 Arrive Alive Guarantee (DOA Policy)

All live items come with our Arrive Alive Guarantee. In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), your claim must meet the following conditions:

  • Submitted within 2 hours of UPS confirmed delivery
  • Includes clear photos of the coral inside the sealed bag and after opening
  • The package was received on the first delivery attempt

Approved DOA claims are issued as store credit toward a future order

Cash refunds are not available

DOA claims do not cover Acts of God or UPS shipping delays

📬 Delivery Requirements

We monitor all shipments closely and work with UPS to ensure timely delivery

Successful delivery depends on:

  • Someone being available to receive the package at delivery
  • Not refusing delivery (even if delayed or damaged) — refusal voids DOA claims
  • Accurate address and contact info — we’ll reach out with any delivery questions

🛒 Holding & Adding to Orders

We can hold corals for up to 5 business days after your purchase

You can add items to your order up until 11:00 am PST day of shipment

📸 Coral Photos & WYSIWYG Items

  • WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) items are exactly what’s pictured
  • Non-WYSIWYG items are shown with a representative photo — you’ll receive a similar coral

Photos are taken under LED or Metal Halide lights and may appear different in your tank

Corals may take a few days to open fully and show their true size and color

We do not offer refunds for minor color or size variations

♻️ Returns & Satisfaction

Live coral cannot be returned under any circumstances

However, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it
