Returns
- We do not offer returns on any live product
- Live corals are not able to be returned for any reason. However we aim for 100% satisfaction, if you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us and we will work with you to fix the issue.
Arrive Alive Guarantee
- All live items come with an arrive alive guarantee.
DOA Policy
- In the rare event of a DOA (dead on arrival) claims must be made within 2 hours of shipments arrival (UPS Confirmed Delivery time) and must include a clear picture of the animal both in and out of the bag. DOA claims are void if package is not able to be received on first delivery attempt. All claims will be issued as future store credit applied on your next order. Cash refunds will not be issued. DOA Claims exclude Acts of God and Shipping Delays.
- In order to receive your DOA claim, receiver must accept package even if it is damaged or delayed. Refusal to accept shipment will void any DOA Claim.
- It is up to the receiver to be available at time of arrival to properly receive animals. Any packages that are un-deliverable will void DOA claims. Please make sure to provide accurate address and contact information. We will contact you prior to corals being shipped if we have questions regarding your address or delivery.
